How it works

Tell us what you're buying and who the seller is.

We personally confirm the deal with you and the seller, by phone.

You send the item price to our escrow account, plus a small KES 1,000 fee.

The seller ships. You check the item. Only then do we release the money.

The amount is paid by the buyer. It covers our time confirming the deal with both sides by phone, coordinating the handoff, and holding your payment safely until you've checked the item.
Own Again will only ever request payment after personally confirming the deal with you and the seller by phone — never send money based on a message alone.
